''Shake Shack Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAK) shares are trading lower by $3.15 at $60.50 in Tuesday's session. One day removed from making its all time closing high at $63.65, it is under selling pressure in today's session.The reason for the being the issue was downgraded at Stifel Nicolaus from Buy to Hold and removed the price target of $50 as it has already traded well above their projected price target.After a lower open, Monday's close of $63,65 vs, today's open of $62.65, it managed only a $0.03 bounce before continuing lower. So far, it breached Monday's low ($60.70), reaching $60.07 before rebounding to its current level.Today's decline is only its second losing session since April 10. During that time period it has rallied from its close on that day of $49.79 to $63.65. If the decline continues for the issue, the next identifiable support level may be at Friday's low of $59.24.
