Corn futures traded on both sides of unchanged after Tuesday's decline before closing firm on Wednesday. May Corn settled at 381 3/4, up 5 1/2 cents. July Corn settled at 390, up 5 3/4 cents and December Corn settled at 406 3/4, up 6 cents. Wheat futures also traded choppy and active on Wednesday before closing the session higher. May Chicago Wheat settled at 528 1/2, up16 3/4 cents. July Chicago Wheat settled at 529 1/2, up 15 1/2 cents. May Kansas City Wheat settled at 572, up 12 3/4 cents. Trading on Thursday is expected to be choppy. Grain futures markets are closed Friday due to an exchange holiday.
