(NYSE: BURL) raised its forecast for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2014. The company also announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer Todd Weyhrich. Burlington shares climbed 4.37% to $50.10 in after-hours trading.Analysts expect SYNNEX Corp.

(NASDAQ: NPSP) for $5.2 billion, or $46 per share. NPS Pharmaceuticals shares gained 0.26% to $42.02 in after-hours trading, while Shire shares climbed 1.59% to close at $217.49 on Friday.Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) is projected to report holiday-season same-store sales. Tiffany shares slipped 1.61% to close at $103.45 on Friday.
