Pre-open moversUS stock futures traded higher in early pre-market trade. The Chicago Fed National Activity Index for November will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET, while existing home sales data for November will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 50 points to 17,811.00, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 5.10 points to 2,072.20. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 12 points to 4,294.75.
