Chicago March Wheat Futures soared 25 cents overnight trading up to 6.77, before setting back a bit. March Wheat is trading up 15 cents at 663 ½. March Kansas City Wheat Futures hit a high of just over 705 and are trading up 14 cents at 695 ½ . High prices were set just prior to Russians Pres. Putin's annual press conference.
