ADBE's shares gained 0.12% to $33.15 in after-hours trading. Gardner Denver Inc (NYSE: GDI) has appointed Michael Larsen as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from October 11. Larsen will be succeeding Helen Cornell. Larsen earlier served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Water & Process Technologies unit of General Electric Co (NYSE: GE). GDI's shares rose 1.87% to close at $54.45 yesterday, while GE's shares moved up 1.60% to close at $16.55 yesterday.Analysts are expecting ConAgra Foods Inc (NYSE: CAG) to have earned $0.38 per share in the fiscal first-quarter. CAG's shares lost 0.09% to $22.35 in the after-hours trading session.Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HPQ) has “resolved” its legal dispute with Mark Hurd, company's former Chief Executive. Hurd has been appointed as Oracle Corp's (NASDAQ: ORCL) new co-president. HPQ's shares moved up 0.89% to $39.74, while ORCL's shares gained 0.03% to $27.50 in after-hours trading. AutoZone Inc (NYSE: AZO) may report its FQ4 EPS at $5.44. AZO's shares jumped 1.43% to $223.28 in the after-hours trading session. Read more
