AVG Technologies NV (NYSE: AVG).In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “The acquisition of Location Labs gives AVG deeper relationships with mobile carriers and enhances its mobile security portfolio. However, in addition to some NT dilution, initial FY15 targets suggest further deceleration in the core AVG subscription business.”AVG Technologies NV closed on Wednesday at $17.46.
