This is what Nic Chahine averages with his options buys. Not selling covered calls or spreads... BUYING options. Most traders don't even have a winning percentage of 27% buying options. He has an 83% win rate. Here's how he does it.

In a note released earlier today, JP Morgan analyst, Ann Duignan downgraded shares of Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) from Overweight to Neutral and lowered the price target from $57 to $48. "At this point in the cycle we believe investors will benefit by shifting from names with more residential construction exposure (aerial wok platforms) into those that supply earth-moving and related equipment used in more traditional non-residential construction subsectors," wrote Duignan. For the company's fiscal 2014 fourth quarter and full-year, Duignan is predicting an EPS of $0.83 and $3.50, respectively.
