Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) shares surged 5.05% to $41.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported that Dennis "Chip" Wilson will sell half of his stake in the company to investment firm Advent International for $845 million. NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) shares gained 4.52% to $18.25 in pre-market trading after the company posted higher Q2 earnings and issued a strong revenue forecast for the current quarter.The Gap (NYSE: GPS) shares jumped 4.48% to $42.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat July sales results. Gap's same-store sales rose 2% in July, beating analysts' estimates of a 0.1% gain. Gap projected Q2 earnings of $0.68 to $0.69 per share. SolarCity (NASDAQ: SCTY) shares gained 3.79% to $78.50 in pre-market trading on Q2 earnings. SolarCity reported an adjusted loss of $0.96 per share.
