Pre-open moversUS stock futures traded mostly flat in early pre-market trade. The Federal Open Market Committee will issue minutes of its latest meeting at 2:00 p.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 5 points to 16,855.00, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 0.30 points to 1,960.70. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index gained 2 points to 3,865.25.

A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were lower today, with the Spanish Ibex Index dropping 0.06%, STOXX Europe 600 Index declining 0.31%. German DAX 30 index fell 0.04%, French CAC 40 Index declined 0.07% and London's FTSE 100 Index dropped 0.56%.In Asian markets, Japan's Nikkei Stock Average fell 0.08%, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index declined 1.55%, China's Shanghai Composite Index tumbled 1.23% and India's BSE Sensex dipped 0.54%.
