Macquarie Infrastructure agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of International-Matex Tank Terminals for $910 million in cash and $115 million in newly issued stock. It also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.9375 to $0.95 per share.PHH (NYSE: PHH) shares rose 3.74% to $24.15. The volume of PHH shares traded was 49% higher than normal. Silicon Motion raised its Q2 revenue forecast. Morgan Stanley analyst Cheryl M. Pate reiterated an Equal-Weight rating on PHH.China Biologic Products (NASDAQ: CBPO) surged 5.61% to $47.27. The volume of China Biologic shares traded 37% higher than normal. China Biologic's PEG ratio is 1.13.Koninklijke Philips NV (NYSE: PHG) shares climbed 2.39% to $32.19. The volume of Philips shares traded was 32% higher than normal. Philips reported that its Philips Healthcare CEO, Deborah DiSanzo, will be stepping down.
