In a report issued Thursday, Barclays downgraded its rating of SodaStream International Ltd. (NASDAQ: SODA) from Equal Weight to Underweight with a target price of $35.Analyst David Kaplan sees near term execution and competitive risks as real issues for SodaStream which provides large risk for investing in the company as a whole. With a weak showing in the U.S. for the first quarter, SodaStream would really have to improve U.S. business to regain success because the U.S. is the key market.SodaStream will open at $39.62 in Thursday's session.
