Morgan Stanley is out with its America's Equity Morning Summary. In the report, Morgan Stanley covers Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), ArcSight Inc. (NASDAQ: ARST), Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) and UTi Worldwide (NASDAQ: UTIW)..In this report, Morgan Stanley downgraded ARST to Equal weight from Overweight, with a price target of $31. Morgan raised the earnings estimates on UTi Worldwide to $1.33 from $1.27 per share. Morgan Stanley slightly lowered its price target on Kohl's to $57 from $59. Morgan Stanley had positive thoughts on Oracle, saying "ORCL saw Sun server share losses reverse in C2Q, which helped drive organic hardware growth and EPS upside, and our checks suggest ORCL will drive further improvements in hardware." It has a $31 price target on Oracle, and rates it at Overweight.
