In a report published Thursday, Morgan Stanley analyst Simon Flannery reiterated an Equal-Weight rating on Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FTR).In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “The investor sentiment has been more favorable due to good broadband momentum, and an acquisition that improves the payout ratio. We are looking for 2014 guidance, more color on the recent acquisition, and updates on network upgrades + recent cost initiatives.”Frontier Communications closed on Wednesday at $4.46.
