(HOS) with a Buy rating and price target of $70, which represents 7.2x our 2015 EBITDA estimate. Hornbeck is the largest publicly traded provider of offshore support vessels to the US Gulf of Mexico and a de facto pure play on the offshore support vessel industry in the Western Hemisphere that includes core growth markets such as the US Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and Mexico.
