EV giant Tesla‘s chief on Tuesday responded in the affirmative to a driver who requested a sticky notes app on their car.

What Happened: “I wish my Tesla had a sticky notes app,” Nathan McGrady, a Senior Security Engineer on the Detection and Response Team (DART) at X, wrote.

Musk responded to the engineer and wrote, “Ok.”

Ok

Why It Matters: The CEO has previously deployed several features on Tesla products after receiving customer requests on X.

Former Tesla executive Rohan Patel has previously said that Musk frequently shares valuable customer feedback by forwarding X posts directly to his team members. Musk often forwards them with just a question mark or exclamation mark in the subject line, he said.

Tesla does not have a public relations department. The broader communication strategy of Tesla relies heavily on Musk and various Tesla handles on Twitter, which he also owns.

On Monday, Musk apologized to a customer for the delay in fixing the automatic wipers on the car. “Harder than it seems,” the CEO said about the fix.
