In the report, Oppenheimer noted, "Starcom and Zenith Optimedia are major wins. comScore recently announced that both advertising agencies have committed to vCE exclusively for their digital campaign ratings. These two agencies combined represent approximately 20% of Madison Avenue and give SCOR a large footprint in digital measurement with large ad agencies."

comScore closed on Monday at $20.86.
