According to Google translate, that means: In a few minutes @ pbersani will resign before the assembly of electors
The knives have been out for Bersani since election day. Despite winning the most votes, his coalition was expected to perform more strongly and the inability to push through a President may have been the final straw.
There have been rumors about his resignation this week so it's not a shock but I would expect some EUR selling — the market seems to be comatose here.
