The STOXX Europe 600 Index fell 1.04%, London's FTSE 100 Index dropped 1.15%, French CAC 40 Index declined 1.02% and German DAX 30 index fell 1%.Asian markets ended mostly lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average falling 1.15%, China's Shanghai Composite dropping 1.13% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 dropping 0.98%.
