Late on Friday night, Elon Musk, accompanied by his son X, paid a visit to SpaceX headquarters in California. The billionaire CEO’s mother and model Maye Musk captured the special moment and shared pictures on Saturday.

What Happened: The pictures sparked a wave of adoration from Twitter users, praising Musk for being a dedicated father. However, some noticed the absence of his daughter in the public eye, prompting curiosity about her whereabouts.

“The kid is being exposed to experiences that will make the impossible seem possible,” said one Twitter user.

X has been spotted with Musk before at several public events, including F1 races.

Why It Matters: X, short for X Æ A-12, is known to be obsessed with toy rockets, and is the child of Musk and his former partner and singer Grimes, who also have a daughter named Exa Dark Siderael, born via a surrogate in December 2021.

While this heartwarming family outing brought smiles, SpaceX continues its ambitious endeavors. Over the weekend, the company successfully launched 54 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit using a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida.

Additionally, preparations are underway for the second test flight of the Starship. SpaceX recently shared videos and images of Ship 25 completing a critical static fire test in Texas. This milestone brings the company closer to achieving its goal of a fully reusable transportation system for crew and cargo missions to space destinations like Earth’s orbit, the Moon, and Mars.
