- Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ:NKLA) jumped 19.9% to $1.2950 after jumping 18% on Wednesday.
- MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS) shares surged 14.9% to $5.28 after the company withdrew its proposed public offering of common stock.
- Symbotic Inc. (NASDAQ:SYM) surged 11.7% to $53.83.
- Opera Limited (NASDAQ:OPRA) rose 11.6% to $20.83. Opera initiated semi-annual dividend of $0.40 per share.
- EHang Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:EH) gained 10.5% to $15.50.
- Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALDX) gained 10.1% to $11.51. Aldeyra Therapeutics said Phase 3 INVIGORATE-2 Trial of reproxalap ophthalmic solution for allergic conjunctivitis achieved statistical significance for the primary endpoint and all secondary endpoints.
- Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTEN) rose 9.8% to $12.23 after the company and NexTier Oilfield Solutions entered a definitive merger agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals transaction.
- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS) gained 9.5% to $45.47 after the company announced it has launched its G2 battery in the European market.
- Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNTL) shares surged 9.2% to $26.89. Zentalis Pharmaceuticals reported pricing of offering of 11.03 million shares at $22.66 per share for total gross proceeds of $250 million.
- Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (NYSE:ASPN) gained 8.9% to $8.29. Aspen Aerogels terminated previously announced "At-The-Market" equity offering program.
- Donegal Group Inc. (NASDAQ:DGICB) rose 8.8% to $14.70.
- Verve Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VERV) climbed 8.8% to $18.62 after the company announced an exclusive research collaboration with Eli Lilly focused on advancing Verve's preclinical stage in vivo gene editing program targeting lipoprotein.
- C3.ai, Inc. (NYSE:AI) surged 8.3% to $46.40 amid continued momentum in AI stocks.
- Velocity Financial, Inc. (NYSE:VEL) rose 8.3% to $11.44.
- SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ:SKYW) gained 8% to $39.85. Deutsche Bank upgraded SkyWest from Hold to Buy and announced a $46 price target.
- Beneficient (NASDAQ:BENF) climbed 7.6% to $5.94.
- The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (NASDAQ:GT) rose 7.5% to $14.18. Traders circulated rumor that an imminent takeover may happen.
- BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BBAI) gained 7.2% to $2.4550.
- Domino's Pizza, Inc. (NYSE:DPZ) gained 6.2% to $324.76 after Stifel upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy.
