- Pharming Group N.V. (NASDAQ:PHAR) dipped 18.9% to $12.31. The FDA approved Pharming Group’s Joenja (leniolisib) for activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) syndrome (APDS) in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
- YS Biopharma Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:YS) fell 10.6% to $4.2819 after the company reported interim Phase 2 safety and immunogenicity data for its PIKA recombinant Covid-19 vaccine.

- Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (NASDAQ:FYBR) declined 9.1% to $21.42. Frontier partnered with YouTube TV to deliver internet & tv experience. Morgan Stanley downgraded Frontier Communications from Equal-Weight to Underweight and lowered the price target from $23 to $19.
- Cipher Mining Inc. (NASDAQ:CIFR) fell 8.4% to $1.96.
- Loop Media, Inc. (NYSE:LPTV) dropped 8.3% to $5.03.
- PepGen Inc. (NASDAQ:PEPG) dipped 8.1% to $14.00. PopGen recently reported Q4 and full year 2022 financial results.
- Manchester United plc (NYSE:MANU) fell 7.7% to $22.09. Manchester United received a fresh overnight bid from Qatari Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani, who had requested a deadline extension on Wednesday, according to Sky News.
- Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:INVZ) dropped 6.6% to $3.18.
- Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:COIN) fell 6.6% to $63.32 after Barclays maintained an Equal-Weight rating on the stock and lowered its price target from $86 to $70.
- Youdao, Inc. (NYSE:DAO) fell 6.3% to $8.05.
- Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALDX) dropped 5.7% to $8.52.
- BioNTech SE (NASDAQ:BNTX) fell 4.1% to $122.89 after the company said Q4 EPS and sales results were lower year over year.
