US stock futures are slightly higher this morning, as investors are awaiting ISM manufacturing data. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 22 points to 13,031.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 2.50 points to 1,416.90. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 10 points to 2,685.75.US stocks closed mostly flat on Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.03% to 13,025.58, the S&P 500 index rising 0.02% to 1,416.18 and the Nasdaq 100 index dropping 0.06% to 3,010.24. The ISM's manufacturing index and construction spending data will be released at 10 a.m. ET. The Markit PMI manufacturing flash index will be released at 8:58 a.m. ET. Conns (NASDAQ: CONN) is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $0.28 per share on revenue of $199.23 million. Casella Waste Systems (NASDAQ: CWST) is estimated to post a Q2 loss at $0.10 per share on revenue of $125.34 million.LDK Solar Co (NYSE: LDK) is expected to report a Q3 loss at $1.24 per share on revenue of $246.40 million. Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE: PBY) is projected to post its Q3 earnings at $0.15 per share on revenue of $527.68 million.Manufacturing activity across the euro zone shrank in November. European markets were higher today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index rose 0.38%, London's FTSE 100 Index gained 0.20%, French CAC 40 Index surged 0.53% and German DAX 30 index rose 0.42%.Asian markets ended mostly lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rising 0.13%, China's Shanghai Composite dropping 1.03% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 gaining 0.49%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index declined 1.19% and India's Sensex fell 0.18%.China's manufacturing purchasing managers' index rose to 50.6 in November.The ICE dollar index (DXY) dropped 0.37% to trade at 79.94, down from 80.131 late Friday.The euro gained 0.39% versus the dollar to trade at $1.3035, up from $1.3009 late Friday. The dollar fell 0.33% against the Japanese yen to trade at ¥ 82.1150, down from ¥82.44.
