We still have some concerns about the rapid pace of growth at PSEC but with the shares currently trading at $10.46 and a dividend yield of 11.7% we believe investors are being adequately compensated and are upgrading the shares to Hold."Prospect Capital Corporation closed at $10.46 on Friday.
