Ditch your indicators and use the "MoneyLine". A simple line tells you when to buy and sell without the guesswork. It’s a line on a chart that’s helped Nic Chahine win 83% of his options buys. Here's how he does it.

On CNBC’s "Mad Money Lightning Round," Jim Cramer said Paramount Global (NASDAQ:PARA) is "too cheap to believe," and added, "I don’t know where it bottoms, but it sure "isn’t close to the top."

When asked about Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C), he said, "The book value is so different from where the common stock is, the price. Something is very wrong there."

Cramer said he doesn’t like earnings of Hasbro Inc (NASDAQ:HAS). "I think that Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAT) is actually cheaper," he added.
