US-listed Chinese stocks gained today amid reopening hopes, with shares of the iShares China Large-Cap ETF (NYSE:FXI) gaining 3.26% in Friday's session.

Pushback against strict COVID restrictions has also led China to ramp up efforts to vaccinate older citizens in the hopes it could curb the need for further lockdowns.
