This is what Nic Chahine averages with his option buys. Not selling covered calls or spreads… BUYING options. Most traders don’t even have a winning percentage of 27% buying options. He has an 83% win rate. Here’s how he does it.

Citigroup initiated its coverage on ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) with a Buy rating and a price target of $30 a share. Citigroup said, "With just 8% share today, we expect ServiceNow to gain share in the core helpdesk market, similar to the way CRM has evolved in sales force automation (>30% share). Beyond helpdesk, we see $6B in adjacent TAM and another $10M in longer-term opportunities around ITSM. The competitive landscape is benign and NOW's SaaS approach is differentiated. Our research suggests SaaS is underpenetrated in ITSM. Customers evaluating SaaS ITSM are 2.3x those that have already adopted, suggesting medium-term growth among the highest in SaaS.ServiceNow closed at $24.35 on Monday.
