Citigroup reiterates its Buy rating and $56 price target on Aetna (NYSE: AET) as the company looks to grow its government presence through acquisition. Citigroup notes, "Aetna has been actively involved in several of the Medicare transactions that have been announced in recent months, but it hasn't been willing to pay as much for the assets as other competitors."AET closed at $43.73 per share on Tuesday.
