Oklahoma-based Exchange Traded Concepts, the new ETF incubator firm run by Garrett Stevens who previously ran FaithShares, the now-defunct ETF issuer behind several Christian denomination funds, has filed plans with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to possibly introduce the Yorkville High Income MLP ETF. The ETF would track the Solactive High Income MLP Index. To be included in the index, securities must be classified as MLPs or royalty trusts and they must have market values of at least $400 million. Royalty trusts cannot exceed more than 20% of the index's weight.A ticker and expense ratio for the proposed ETF were not included in the filing. Exchange Traded Concepts has
