AdvisorShares, the ETF issuer known primarily for its suite of actively managed ETFs, has filed plans with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to possible list the AdvisorShares Global Alpha & Beta ETF.The new ETF will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “RRGR.” The AdvisorShares Global Alpha & Beta ETF will be a fund of funds of sorts as it will invest in other ETFs in an effort to produce capital growth. RRGR will also invest in American depositary receipts, according to the filing.The filing did not include an expense ratio for the new ETF.ETF pundit Roger Nusbaum will be RRGR's portfolio manager, according to the filing. usbaum is known for the Random Roger stock market blog and has made many appearances on financial services media outlets.  In addition, Mr. Nusbaum has been writing about ETFs and other exchange traded products for theStreet.com since 2005, the filing said.AdvisorShares had seven ETFs with $234 million in assets under management at the end of October, according to data from the National Stock Exchange.
