Semiconductor - Integrated Circuits: This industry rose 1.52% by 10:00 am ET. The top performer in this industry was Photronics Inc (NASDAQ: PLAB), which gained 4.5%. PLAB reported a 27% rise in its Q2 revenue.Silver: This industry moved up 1.48% by 10:00 am, with Great Panther Silver Limited (AMEX: GPL) moving up 5.3% to gain the top spot.
