Hercules Technology Growth Capital Announces 5M Share Public Offering of Common Stock

Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc.

(“Hercules”) announced today that it is offering 5,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement in an underwritten public offering. Citigroup is acting as sole book-running manager in this offering and Hercules will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares.
