GoPro Crashes 20% After Big Earnings Miss

GoPro Inc GPRO reports a Q3 net loss of $(0.60) per share, missing the Street’s consensus by $0.26 per share.
Revenue of $240.57 million, down 39.9 percent year-over-year, also comes in $72.16 million below expectations.
Management guided for Q4 revenue of $600 million to $650 million, below consensus of $675.5 million.
EPS are expected in the $0.25 to $0.35 range, also under expectations for $0.46.
For the full year, management envisions revenue of $1.25 billion to $1.3 billion, versus estimates of $1.39 billion.
Shares are trading down 22 percent at $9.67 in Thursday’s after-hours session.
