85-year old Warren Buffett and his 92-year old sidekick Charles Munger are set to host Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK-A)'s annual shareholder meeting on April 30. For the first time ever, a live stream of the shareholder meeting will be provided to the public, courtesy of Yahoo! Inc. YHOO

Buffett himself acknowledged in a letter to shareholders that the annual meeting is an opportunity for investors to check in on his health and state of mind.

"If we were partners with you in a small business, and were charged with running the place, you would want to look in occasionally to make sure we hadn't drifted off into la-la land," Bloomberg quoted Buffett as saying in a letter to shareholders two months ago. "Shareholders, in contrast, should not need to come to Omaha to monitor how we look and sound."

Berkshire investors and Buffett fans should be happy to know that the billionaire investor has no plan to retire just yet. According to Business Insider, he said back in October 2015 that it would be "crazy" to call it quits leading Berkshire and the idea of retirement is "not my idea of living."
