Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that it expects fourth quarter adjusted earnings to be in the range of $0.69 a share to $0.74 a share. The company increased its fourth quarter revenue guidance to be in between $1.06 billion to $1.08 billion. Analysts expect WSM to report earnings of $0.49 a share. As a result, Williams-Sonoma gained 4.18% to $23.70 in the pre-market session. WSM closed at $22.75 in the last trading session. WSM surged over 100% in the last six months.

FPL Group, Inc. (NYSE: FPL) announced that the company will suspend about $10 billion in capital projects over the next five years. FPL Group closed at $51.50 in the last trading session. The 52-week trading range for FPL is $41.48 - $60.61.

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNSS) announced today the publication of new non-clinical, voreloxin data in the journal Cancer Chemotherapy and Pharmacology. The results demonstrate that voreloxin acts synergistically with cytarabine and induces bone marrow aplasia. As a result, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals surged 3.18% to $1.31 in the pre-market session. The 52-week trading range for SNSS is $0.05 - $2.43. SNSS closed at $1.27 in the last trading session. SNSS surged over 295% in the last six months.

EnteroMedics Inc. (NASDAQ: ETRM) announced today clinical results from two studies of VBLOC® vagal blocking therapy, including additional data from its EMPOWER™ study on obesity and interim clinical results from its ongoing VBLOC-DM2 ENABLE (DM2) study in diabetes using the next-generation rechargeable (RC) device. EnteroMedics surged over 23% to $1.00 in the pre-market session. The 52-week trading range for ETRM is $0.40 - $5.58. In the last year, ETRM declined by over 67%.

AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) announced today that it has signed a five-year agreement with Allegiant Air, LLC to provide maintenance and modification services for Allegiant's fleet of 46 MD-80 aircraft. AAR closed at $24.57 in the last trading session. AIR gained over 62% in the last six months.

RXi Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NASDAQ: RXII) announced today a collaboration with Shalesh Kaushal, Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at The University of Massachusetts Medical School. The research collaboration will be focused on ocular diseases. RXi Pharmaceuticals closed at $5.35 in the last trading session. The 52-week trading range for RXII is $1.51 - $7.57.
