Benzinga's Jason Raznick Honored with JVS Rising Entrepreneur Award

Benzinga is proud to announce that our company's President and co-founder, Jason Raznick, will be honored next week at the 15th Annual JVS Strictly Business Networking and Awards Luncheon. Scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 7 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dearborn, Raznick will be presented with the first annual JVS Rising Entrepreneur Award.

"The award was created to honor an individual who has demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to business and the community," said JVS CEO Barbara Nurenberg. Benzinga was launched in January 2010. Since that time, the site -- which specializes in real-time news, actionable trading ideas and commentary -- has grown to serve more than three million readers in over 125 countries each month. The 15th Annual JVS Strictly Business Networking and Awards Luncheon will feature Edward Levy, Jr., president and CEO of the Edw. C. Levy Co. (which provides environmental solutions to local, national and international industry), as the honorary chair and keynote speaker. In addition to the JVS Rising Entrepreneur Award being given to Jason Raznick, Rush Trucking Corp. (a Michigan-based company that serves the United States, Mexico and Canada) will be presented with the JVS Business Leadership Award. Andra Rush, the company's founder, is slated to accept the award.
