The catalyst for the huge rally is a Q1 adjusted EPS beat of $0.08 along with a sales beat of $15.6 million. The company offered mixed guidance.

After a much higher open, well above its former all-time high ($98.05), Autodesk's stock had a brief retreat to $106.87 before continuing its stealth move higher. So far, the ensuing rally has taken the issue to $111.83, but has pulled back the $111.00 area as of 10:42 a.m. EST.
