Vetr's upgrade comes a day after a disappointing Q4 earnings delivery from the telecom company, which saw quarterly sales of $8.539 billion, $120 million below analyst estimates. The earnings miss triggered a selloff that saw shares fall by about $1 over the next two trading days.
