GoPro Hits 3-Month High After Positive Analyst Comments

GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) shares are trading higher by $0.71 (8 percent) at $10.11 in Tuesday's session.

The catalyst for the rally is positive comments from Pacific Crest; The firm boosted estimates for the former high-flying issue.

After a higher open, it retreated only $0.06 to $9.81 before embarking on a rally into the mid-$10.00 handle. However, the rally ended in between the trio highs from November 11, 14 and 15 (which ranged from $10.36 to $10.50) at $10.44.

Since making that high, profit-takers have come into the issue, nudging back into the lower $10.00 handle.

GoPro is attempting to post its first close over $10.00 since November 18, when it ended the session at $10.02.
