GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares are trading lower by $0.25 (3 percent) at $9.10 in Friday's session.

The catalyst for the decline is a downgrade from Longbow Research, who lowered its rating from Neural to Underperform and announced a $7.00 price target.

After a lower open, it could not reclaim Thursday's closing price of $9.35, peaking at $9.25. Since making that high, it has drifted lower with $9.00 as the current low. If the decline continues, there may be additional support at Wednesday's low ($8.78).

There is also a trio of lows at the $8.70 area from December 29, 30 and January 3.
