The Wall Street Journal reported that Kate Spade is exploring a sale of itself due to pressure from Caerus Investors, an activist investment firm. Kate Spade shares rose 0.39 percent to $17.93 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Shares of Fortress Biotech Inc (NASDAQ: FBIO) jumped around 50 percent in after-hours trading after the company disclosed that a patient case study from the Phase 1 clinical trial of MB-101 for the treatment of glioblastoma will be published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Fortress Biotech shares surged 49.78 percent to $3.43 in the after-hours trading session.
  • AppDynamics, Inc. disclosed that it has filed for an initial public offering of up to $100 million. The company applied to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker “APPD.”
