Vetr's upgrade comes a week after the airline company won a $15 million antitrust lawsuit against computer technology company Sabre Corp (NASDAQ: SABR) over unfair booking practices.

American Airlines is also beginning to level out of the bump it received after Warren Buffett's fund picked it and several other airline companies. The stock closed at $47.67, after dropping over a dollar from the start of the day.
