  • Sears Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: SHLD) shares reached a new 52-week low of $10.24. Sears shares have dropped 49.45 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 10.27 percent in the same period.
  • Merus Labs International Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: MSLI) shares fell 10.7 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $0.750. On Wednesday, Merus Labs posted Q4 adjusted EBITDA of $11.6 million and gross basis revenue of $34.3 million. CIBC downgraded Merus Labs from Outperform to Neutral.
  • Amira Nature Foods Ltd (NYSE: ANFI) shares touched a new 52-week low of $6.13. Amira Nature Foods shares have declined 21.76 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 10.27 percent in the same period.
