  • CEL-SCI Corporation (NYSE: CVM) shares dropped 36.6 percent to $0.114 after the company reported the pricing of $4.25 million public offering of common stock and warrants.
  • Smith & Wesson Holding Corp (NASDAQ: SWHC) shares tumbled 11.6 percent to $21.20. Smith & Wesson reported upbeat results for its second quarter, but issued a weak outlook for its third quarter.
  • DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) dropped 10.7 percent to $4.69. DryShips shares have dropped 97.67 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 5.37 percent in the same period.
  • Workday Inc (NYSE: WDAY) shares declined 10.1 percent to $73.39. Workday posted better-than-expected results for its third quarter on Thursday.
  • Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ: AMBA) fell 9.7 percent to $55.46. Ambarella posted stronger-than-expected results for its third quarter, but issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Hoegh LNG Partners LP (NYSE: HMLP) dropped 8.6 percent to $17.50. Hoegh LNG Partners priced its upsized public offering of 6,000,000 common units at $17.60 per unit.
  • Fairmount Santrol Holdings Inc (NYSE: FMSA) fell 6.8 percent to $8.88. Fairmount Santrol priced its 20 million share secondary common stock offering by ASP FML Holdings for gross proceeds of $175 million.
  • VeriFone Systems Inc (NYSE: PAY) dropped 5.5 percent to $15.36. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded VeriFone from Buy to Hold.
  • Pershing Gold Corp (NASDAQ: PGLC) shares declined 4.8 percent to $3.58 after the company reported an offering of common shares.
  • SM Energy Co (NYSE: SM) shares dropped 4 percent to $38.59. SM Energy priced its upsized common stock offering of 9.5 million shares for gross proceeds of $363.4 million.
  • Minerals Technologies Inc (NYSE: MTX) fell 3.2 percent to $76.85. JP Morgan downgraded Minerals Technologies from Overweight to Neutral.
  • IBERIABANK Corp (NASDAQ: IBKC) declined 2.3 percent to $82.20. IBERIABANK priced 3.125 million shares at $81.50 per share.
  • Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ: SBUX) shares fell 2.2 percent to $57.23 after the company disclosed that Howard Schultz will be stepping down as chief executive officer of the company. Kevin Johnson will takeover CEO duties on April 3, 2017.
  • Sonic Corporation (NASDAQ: SONC) dropped 2.2 percent to $26.15. Longbow Research downgraded Sonic from Buy to Neutral.
