  • Gabelli & Co. downgraded CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE: CLC) from Hold to Sell. Clarcor shares surged 17.22 percent to close at $82.58 on Thursday.
  • Analysts at Longbow Research downgraded Sonic Corporation (NASDAQ: SONC) from Buy to Neutral. Sonic shares rose 2.45 percent to close at $26.74 on Thursday.
  • Canaccord Genuity downgraded Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) from Hold to Sell. The price target for Lululemon has been lowered from $65 to $44. Lululemon shares fell 2.88 percent to $54.90 in pre-market trading.
  • Barclays downgraded FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE) from Overweight to Equal-Weight. FirstEnergy shares dropped 0.96 percent to close at $30.99 on Thursday.
  • Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus downgraded VeriFone Systems Inc (NYSE: PAY) from Buy to Hold. The price target for VeriFone has been lowered from $18 to $15. VeriFone shares declined 2.34 percent to $15.88 in pre-market trading.
  • Analysts at Baird downgraded Forward Air Corporation (NASDAQ: FWRD) from Outperform to Neutral. Forward Air shares slipped 0.12 percent to close at $48.32 on Thursday.
  • JP Morgan downgraded Minerals Technologies Inc (NYSE: MTX) from Overweight to Neutral. Minerals Technologies shares fell 1.98 percent to close at $79.40 on Thursday.
  • Macquarie downgraded Axis Capital Holdings Limited (NYSE: AXS) from Outperform to Neutral. Axis Capital shares rose 1.13 percent to close at $61.70 on Thursday.
