Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) shares are unchanged at $56.03 in Friday's session. The Street is still undecided on the implications of its Q3 report. Despite a solid Q3 beat of $0.33 along with a slight revenue beat, the issue has been unable to hold its earlier gains.

Following a higher open, it rallied another $0.26 to $57.76 before reversing course. That high is just shy of a trio of highs just under $58 from late March and early April.

The ensuing decline has taken the issue into the red, as the current low stands at $55.08. If the decline continues, the next support level may not come into Thursday's low ($53.99).
