  • Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH) shares tumbled 42.3 percent to $5.79. Community Health Systems projects Q3 net operating revenue of $4.380 billion and loss from continuing operations before income taxes of around $(83) million. Baird downgraded Community Health from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Rewalk Robotics Ltd (NASDAQ: RWLK) shares dropped 27 percent to $3.25. ReWalk Robotics announced an offering of ordinary shares and warrants and reported preliminary Q3 sales of 1.4 million.
  • AMEC Foster Wheeler plc (NYSE: AMFW) shares declined 20.5 percent to $5.64. Societe Generale downgraded AMEC Foster Wheeler from Buy to Hold.
  • Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE: CRS) shares fell 19.4 percent to $30.99. Carpenter Technology reported a Q1 loss of $0.08 per share on revenue of $389 million.
  • Groupon Inc (NASDAQ: GRPN) shares dipped 19.1 percent to $4.26. Groupon reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter and announced plans to acquire LivingSocial Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
  • GNC Holdings Inc (NYSE: GNC) dropped 19.1 percent to $16.30 after the company posted downbeat quarterly results.
  • Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) shares fell 18.7 percent to $14.83. Stoneridge reported Q3 earnings of $0.36 per share on revenue of $173.8 million.
  • Essendant Inc (NASDAQ: ESND) shares declined 18 percent to $15.33. Essendant reported Q3 earnings of $0.57 per share on revenue of $1.4 billion. The company also lowered its FY16 earnings guidance.
  • Lendingtree Inc (NASDAQ: TREE) shares dropped 17.7 percent to $75.11 after the company posted weak Q3 results.
  • CARBO Ceramics Inc. (NYSE: CRR) fell 16.2 percent to $8.19. Carbo Ceramics reported a Q3 loss of $20 million on revenue of $20.2 million for its third quarter.
  • Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) shares declined 16.1 percent to $5.20. Cliffs Natural reported a Q3 loss of $0.12 per share on revenue of $553.3 million.
  • Kraton Corp (NYSE: KRA) shares fell 14.3 percent to $26.97 after the company posted weak Q3 earnings.
  • AXT Inc (NASDAQ: AXTI) dropped 14 percent to $4.93. AXT posted Q3 earnings of $0.07 per share on revenue of $21.9 million.
  • InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) declined 13.6 percent to $69.60 on downbeat quarterly results.
  • Infinera Corp. (NASDAQ: INFN) shares fell 9 percent to $8.40. Infinera reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.05 per share on revenue of $185.5 million.
  • AK Steel Holding Corporation (NYSE: AKS) shares dropped 8 percent to $5.06. AK Steel priced its 65 million share offering $4.90 per share.
  • Nokia Corp (ADR) (NYSE: NOK) shares dropped 8 percent to $4.74 following Q3 results. Nokia's total quarterly operating profit dropped 18 percent to 556 million euros.
  • O'Reilly Automotive Inc (NASDAQ: ORLY) declined 6.3 percent to $259.71. O'Reil posted downbeat Q3 earnings.
  • Rent-A-Center Inc (NASDAQ: RCII) shares slipped 6.2 percent to $8.94. Rent-A-Center reported Q3 earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of $693.9 million.
