After a lower open, it could only manage a $0.02 bounce to $9.80 before continuing its move lower. So far, the ensuing decline has reached $9.24 and is attempting to mount a comeback.

The recent low coincides with its July 29 low of $9.23 along with three other lows that were made in the $9.40 area in early August.
