  • Acasti Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: ACST) shares fell 17.1 percent to $2.33.
  • Nevada Gold & Casinos (NYSE: UWN) declined 15.5 percent to $1.74. Nevada Gold & Casinos reported a Q1 loss of $0.01 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $0.03 per share.

  • Apogee Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ: APOG) fell 6.7 percent to $43.01. Apogee reported better-than-expected Q2 results and boosted its fiscal 2017 outlook.
  • Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: SBLK) shares dropped 4 percent to $4.48. Star Bulk Carriers reported a Q2 loss of $0.75 per share on revenue of $52.6 million and announced a $51.5 million offering of common stock.
  • VF Corp (NYSE: VFC) declined 3.4 percent to $56.03. Bank of America downgraded VF Corp from Buy to Underperform.
  • AMC Networks Inc (NASDAQ: AMCX) shares fell 3.3 percent to $50.25. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded AMC Networks from Buy to Hold.
