Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

  • Wall Street expects Dollar Tree, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR) to report quarterly earnings at $0.73 per share on revenue of $5.08 billion before the opening bell. Dollar Tree shares gained 1.12 percent to $95.99 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts expect GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) to post quarterly earnings at $0.27 per share on revenue of $1.72 billion after the closing bell. GameStop shares gained 1.07 percent to $32.05 in after-hours trading.
  • Workday Inc (NYSE: WDAY) reported a wider-than-expected loss for its second quarter, but sales exceeded analysts’ expectations. The company also issued a weak revenue outlook for the current quarter. Workday shares climbed 12.35 percent to $89.49 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Before the opening bell, Sears Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: SHLD) is projected to report a quarterly loss at $3.48 per share on revenue of $5.43 billion. Sears shares rose 1.02 percent to $14.85 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts are expecting Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) to have earned $0.72 per share on revenue of $936.79 million in the latest quarter. Tiffany will release earnings before the markets open. Tiffany shares gained 0.47 percent to $69.20 in after-hours trading.
  • Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) reported better-than-expected Q2 earnings and raised earnings forecast for FY 2017. However, the company missed analysts’ sales estimates. Guess? shares surged 15.50 percent to $17.21 in the after-hours trading session.

  • Analysts expect Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) to report quarterly earnings at $1.09 per share on revenue of $5.50 billion before the opening bell. Dollar General shares gained 0.54 percent to $92.29 in the after-hours trading session.
  • HP Inc (NYSE: HPQ) reported upbeat results for its third quarter, but issued a weak profit guidance for the current quarter. HP shares dropped 6.18 percent to $13.51 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Before the markets open, Signet Jewelers Ltd. (NYSE: SIG) is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $1.45 per share on revenue of $1.44 billion. Signet Jewelers shares rose 2.39 percent to $97.78 in after-hours trading.
  • Williams-Sonoma, Inc (NYSE: WSM) posted in-line earnings for its second quarter, however, the company missed on sales estimates. The company also lowered its annual guidance. Williams-Sonoma shares rose 0.11 percent to $54.20 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Wall Street expects Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) to post quarterly earnings at $1.39 per share on revenue of $1.06 billion after the closing bell. Ulta Salon shares rose 0.20 percent to $274.54 in after-hours trading.
  • PVH Corp (NYSE: PVH) posted better-than-expected earnings for second quarter and raised its FY16 earnings guidance. PVH shares slipped 0.29 percent to $108.50 in the after-hours trading session.
